I had some skills in arts during my childhood days. I left these skills unsharpened for a long time. Then I realised as a teenager that I was making a mistake. So I tried to go back and revisit my skills.
The first times weren't so awesome. And then I thought,"Am I going to lose this fight to frustration and self-discouragement? No, never!"
So I set out on a self-imposed "journey" to make sharp my arts skills again; to bring out the artist in me.
All isn't Sundays and sunshines but with some resolution and constant practice, I see my arts are improving.
On this platform I see a lot of fine works which I can only hope for but I think with time I would also be there.
The journey of a thousand miles always begins with a step.
The step may not be easier but as you build up momentum you wouldn't have to do more work; you just have to keep up with it and maintain your inertia.
I hope this journal goes a long way to inspire you not to give up.
Thanks for reading.
